Auctions

Bidonline is licensed, bonded, insured, and qualified to conduct auctions throughout the United States. We are able to sell your assets both live and online, either from your facility, at one of our multiple warehouse locations, or through our online e-commerce platform.

We are able to use our own staff to accomplish all tasks necessary for a successful auction in a timely and cost-efficient manner with minimal client participation needed. No matter what the scope of your project, the volume of your inventory, or the time frame you are working with we will help you meet your goals.

Liquidations

We will customize the liquidation process to best meet your needs and goals by offering an array of options, including full liquidations and combination liquidations + auctions.  We are equipped to handle liquidation projects of any size, from the timely sale of designated items to a multi-tiered complete inventory liquidation of a business, warehouse, or facility anywhere in the U.S.

Reverse Logistics

The practice of reverse logistics walks hand-in-hand with sustainability and zero-waste goals. We help move goods from what would have been their typical final destination and instead capture additional value from them. Our reverse logistics solutions are pivotal to smarter, more responsible supply chain management. We help you find solutions to increase your products’ lifespan and usability by eliminating and reducing waste.  From the management, storage, and sale of surplus, returned, or defective products and equipment, we help bring your product back in front of the customer.

Removal Services

We are pioneering the industry in safety, being the first in our industry to be Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) compliant. Our mission is to assure a safe and healthy workplace by setting and enforcing OSHA standards in every project.  Our team of contracting and removal experts is accomplished in all areas of the removal process. From store decommissions, to rigging, to the capping of lines, we leave each project broom-swept and ready to sell or lease.

Facilities Consulting

Location closures are, by nature, difficult to navigate. Real estate, merchandise, equipment, and fixtures must all be addressed efficiently to avoid financial complications. To assist in these situations, we offer facilities consulting services.  In a consultation, we find where the strongest value lies within a facility and maximize the value for the greatest benefit of the owner or operator. We assess equipment, structures, and fixtures to help clients determine whether a liquidation, auction, facility transfer, or package sale will yield the greatest financial benefits both immediately and in the long term.

Warehousing

We offer clients the ability to store their equipment with the availability of over 170,000 square feet of company storage space and close relationships with many off-site warehousing locations, we are able to offer long-term, month-to-month, and short-term storage of assets to our clients.

We also work with a network of trucking brokers who we have found to be not only the highest quality but also the most competitively priced. We offer these resources to our clients to facilitate the transfer of their merchandise but will also gladly work with any shipper the client prefers. Once equipment is in delivered into storage it is entered into our inventory control system, allowing the owner to have consistent access to and information on every piece they have stored.

Intellectual Property

We can identify, assess, appraise, and sell your intangible assets. Our in-house team has extensive experience marketing and liquidating assets and our outside legal and valuation experts complete our team with expertise in trademarks, logos, domain names, customer data, vendor history, and other intellectual property.

Bankruptcy

During a bankruptcy, it is essential that both secured and unsecured creditors have absolute faith in the Trustee’s chosen auction company. Our staff has experience working with Chapter 7 Trustees in asset cases involving, valuation, noticing, marketing, and auctioning of real estate (commercial, residential, and land), heavy equipment, vehicles, aerospace machinery, and corporate FF&E. We have a strong knowledge of Title 11 of the USBC, noticing requirements, and state-by- state variables with homestead and vehicle exemptions.

Landlord lockout

While successfully conducting a landlord lockout can seem challenging, our team can help you efficiently navigate each step of the process so your property can once again bring you profit. We will help you address common issues such as proper notice, witnesses, inventory photography and documentation, and insurance, as well as any situation-specific concerns that may occur, all while minimizing liability
